The Alpha System Patent Pending The Alpha System is a modular marine panel system and is designed so that only one intrusion to the fiberglass is necessary.  Any updates or expansions for electronics only require a simple changing of panels.  Components can easily be removed for servicing, updating or decommissioning without disturbing the fiberglass further.   How does this work?   Sub Panels  A sub panel is an aluminum panel that is permanently mounted to the fiberglass. The main panel screws to the sub panel. This provides the ability to remove electronics without disturbing the fiberglass. The sub panel remains anchored to the fiberglass and never needs to be touched again.  All changes to the system are done to the sub panel and not the fiberglass, thereby protecting the fiberglass from repeated and unnecessary stress that can lead to cracking or chipping.  Cover plates can be used to cover the vacant sub panel holes and keep the console dry and safe. This system doubles as a simple and convenient anti-theft device any time the electronics need to be safeguarded.   Switches The Alpha Switch Panels definitely have the wow factor and stand apart from the rest. It has a unique look unlike any other switching system on the market and has been attracting a lot of attention in the industry . The Alpha switch panels are water resistant and will weather the harshest marine environment.  A rugged guarded switch feature and a standard illuminated labeling system also make the Alpha Switches more attractive.   All of the Alpha panels are built to the industry standard dimensions so that they can be used for replacement purposes. There are several switch configurations to fit every need. The H1, H4 and H6 are stock items. Larger panels can easily be made by using a sub panel. The Alpha switch panels can also be used as a breaker panel. Toggle breakers fit the switch panel and a breaker panel can easily be built. The Alpha switches come standard with a blue label light and a labeling system that gives you more versatility than any other panel system in the industry. Labels can be made to say anything in any font style.
